ClickJack Test

Terms of Use

Last updated October 12, 2026

The short version

  • ClickJack Test is free to use, as is, with no guarantees.
  • A result is a header check, not a full security audit.
  • Don't use it to harm other sites or to flood it with automated requests.

Using ClickJack Test

By using clickjacktest.com or its API, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What a result means

ClickJack Test requests the address you give it and reports whether the response includes an X-Frame-Options or Content-Security-Policy: frame-ancestors header that limits framing. It doesn't render the page, run its scripts or test every page of a site, and servers can answer it differently than they answer your visitors. A “Protected” result is not a guarantee that a site is safe from clickjacking or any other attack, and the guides and articles on this site are general information, not professional security advice.

Fair use

You agree not to:

  • use ClickJack Test to attack, overload or interfere with any site, including this one;
  • send large volumes of automated requests, or try to get around limits on the service;
  • use it to reach addresses you aren't allowed to access;
  • use it in any way that breaks the law.

Tools that send occasional checks on behalf of a site owner, like the WP Anti-Clickjack WordPress plugin's “Check from outside” button, are fine. We may limit or block traffic that harms the service or other sites.

Changes to the service

ClickJack Test may change, pause or stop at any time, including the API and the format of its results, without notice.

No warranty

ClickJack Test is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including that results are accurate or complete, or that the service will be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ClickJack Test and the people who run it are not liable for any damages or losses from using or not being able to use the site, the API or its results, including decisions you make based on a result.

Privacy

How addresses you test and visits to the site are handled is described in the privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top. Using the site after that means you accept the new terms.
